Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pretti University, operated by CareCore Solutions LLC. Because we offer both made-to-order physical merchandise and instant-access digital products, return and refund eligibility varies by product type.

Please review this policy before completing your purchase.

Contacting Us

To report an order problem or request assistance, email info@prettiuniversity.org. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue.

Please do not mail a product back unless we specifically provide return instructions.

Physical Products

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our physical merchandise is produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Change of Mind, Size, or Color

Because physical products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size or color
Changing your mind after ordering
Buyer’s remorse
Personal preference regarding fit or style

Please review the product description, sizing chart, color selection, and product images carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Products

If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the product ordered, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Your request must include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs showing the issue
A photograph of the packaging or shipping label when relevant

We will review complete requests within approximately five business days. If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund for the affected product to the original payment method.

You generally will not be required to return a damaged or defective product unless we provide specific instructions.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or change. We can only approve changes or cancellations before production begins. Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation or modification requests cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Orders returned, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address are not considered defective products. Reshipment or reproduction may require an additional charge.

Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to, downloadable devotionals, eBooks, planners, journals, worksheets, printable PDFs, templates, digital comics, and other instant-access files.

Because digital products are delivered or made accessible immediately, all digital-product sales are generally final and nonreturnable.

We do not provide refunds for:

Changing your mind after purchasing
Failing to read the product description
Purchasing the wrong digital product
Device or software incompatibility when requirements were disclosed
Downloading or accessing the product and deciding it is no longer wanted

Eligible Digital-Product Problems

Please contact us within seven calendar days of purchase if:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase
You received the incorrect file
The file is corrupted or unusable
Your download link does not work
You cannot access the product after reasonable troubleshooting

We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing technical assistance, a corrected file, or a replacement download link. If we cannot provide the product purchased or resolve a verified file problem, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After a refund is processed, your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 business days to make the funds available.
